Login – This is where you enter your personal information so we can identify who you are.

Logout – When you are finished visiting our website, you can Logout.

Section Search – You can search for a photograph of a parcel of farmland simply by entering the legal description into the section search boxes.

Map Search – If you are not exactly sure what the legal description is of the land you are looking for, view the maps and click on the map in the approximate area you are looking for.

Section Not Found – If the section is not found, it will say "Section Not Found". It is possible that we have those photos, but they are just not loaded onto the website yet. If we don’t have those photos yet, we can order them in and digitize them for you. (This may take 2-4 weeks).

Coupon Validation – You can search for the section of land you are looking for, and go through the checkout process. At some point before you are asked to enter credit card information, you will be asked to enter any coupons you might have. If it is a full value coupon, when you click on the button that says "Use Coupon", you will skip right past the credit card entry page, to the thank-you page.

Taxes – We are registered to collect Federal and Provincial taxes in Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Alberta. Outside of these areas, you are responsible to submit the appropriate taxes to your revenue agency.

Member Registration – There is no cost for registering, but it is important that we verify that you are who you say you are. All Information that you enter is secure. Our server is very secure, and We can’t even see your password. You will be asked to enter a user-name and password, this way you will not have to enter all this information next time you visit. Just remember this info for next time!

Coupons – If you have received a coupon, you will be asked to enter it when you are checking out of the store, before you would be asked to enter any credit card information.

Forgot My Password – No Problem, just call us toll free, or email us for a new login ID on you same account.

Shipping Cost – All of our products available through the website are downloadable so there is no shipping involved. For other orders, we will negotiate shipping based on location of recipient.

How Do I Pay - You will first need to buy some coupons. After that, you can download images by pressing the "Buy with Coupon" button, and use the coupon numbers provided.

Q: The maps say you have coverage and I’m typing in the Section, Township and Range, and it still says section not found?

A: Two possibilities,

1. Make sure you are entering the Meridian Correctly (Example: w1, w2, w3, w4, w5, w6)
2. It is possible that those photos have not been loaded onto our site yet. Please Contact Us and let us know if this is the case. We will load those on ASAP, or email them to you directly.

Q: How do I find my section?

A: There are two ways for you to find photos of the land you are interested in,

1. You can use the Quick Section Search which is located near the bottom of most pages on our website.
2. You can use the Map Search, which is found on the "Land Search" page at the right hand side. This is a series of maps that you can zoom in on by clicking on your area of interest. This also shows which areas we have photo coverage across the prairies.

Q: Do I have to pay a subscription fee to be a member?

A: There is no cost or commitment for you to register as a member of our website, in fact you don’t even need to be a member or login unless you want to make a purchase on our site.

Q: Can I change my mind if I decide not to order one of the photos I have put in my shopping cart?

A: Our webstore works just like a grocery store, you can search for as many photos as you would like and add them to your shopping cart. Once you have finished shopping, you can look through your cart, and if there are any items in the cart that you do not want to buy, just click on the button beside it in the shopping basket that says "Delete". This will only delete that one item. Once you are left with only the photos you now would like to purchase, select the button at the bottom right hand side of the screen that is called "Check-Out".
